This Agreement sets out the terms on which Vonage agrees to provide services ("Service") to you. This Agreement commences on the date that Vonage first accepts your order.
This Agreement comprises (i) these Terms of Service; (ii) our Privacy Policy which is available at www.vonage.co.uk ; and (iii) our call plans which are available at www.vonage.co.uk . Orders for the Service are accepted at our sole discretion.
The expressions, "Vonage", "we" and "us" and "our" mean Vonage Limited (company number 05199171), whose registered office is at 2 Temple Back East, Temple Quay, Bristol BS1 6EG. The expressions "you" and "your" mean you the customer.
