Two methods to order

Method 1: Online pre order with callback to complete the process

1. Click here and you will be presented with a form to complete, this will not include payment details.

2. A Vonage agent will then call you back (Typically the next day) to complete the process with you.

Method 2: Call the telephone number below

1. Remember the plan you want.

2. Have your credit or debit card details to hand.

Vonage accept payment via credit or debit cards. You have a choice of the following card types Visa, VISA debit, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Solo and American Express, these can be against any nationality bank.

3. Make the call to 951 190 412

They will take you through the process of ordering and they will deduct the £18.99 plus the first months call plan fee (£5.99 or £7.99) at that point.

There would normally be an additional charge of £9.99 for line activation but if you order on the number above before the 1st of December 2009 then this will not be charged.

4. Your Vportal box will arrive in 3-5 days, plug it into your broadband and start calling.

You will receive simple instructions on how to connect the box, and instructions for using the additional call features, along with a web login to manage your account and see the call activity.
